On Tuesday 17th December, Mrs Downey, our school's Health Champion, attended a NI Chest Heart & Stroke ‘Celebration, Recognition & Networking Event.’ This event aimed to recognise and celebrate the achievements of each of the workplaces who have taken part in Well Team project. Mrs Downey, was presented with an award to celebrate the schools achievements in promoting workplace health and well-being. As Health Champion she had the opportunity to network with like minded workplaces and develop links with local services to support future workplace health and well-being initiatives. Congratulations to Mrs Downey in her role as Health Champion and we wish her continued success in the months ahead.
