Our Primary 5 pupils will receive the Eucharist for the first time on Saturday 19th September 2020
at 2.00 p.m. in the Church of St. John the Baptist, Granaghan in Swatragh.
- Due to the restrictions currently in place during this time of pandemic, Fr Keaney PP has asked that only the immediate family are present in the church for the First Communion mass i.e. the Primary 5 pupil, their parents and siblings.
- Each family has been allocated a seat in alphabetical order. On arrival in the church you will be shown to your seat by members of staff.
- Mass will be available to all at home via the church webcam https://www.mcnmedia.tv/camera/st-john-baptist-swatragh
- Pupils will not have individual readings or prayers to say
- There will be no offertory procession
- A photographer will be present at the church
- No choir permitted at this time but Mrs Downey will lead the music liturgy
