Congratulations to Sarah Kate Mc Eldowney winner of the the Split the Pot / Scoilt an Próca fundraising draw this evening which took place during the Christmas Disco. Thank you to Friends of St. Brigids / Cairde Naomh Bríd for organising this fundraiser, emptying the envelopes and counting the money each week. Year 1 pupil Cayla drew the winning envelope and Isla a Year 7 pupil held the box containing all the envelopes. A massive thank you / go raibh maith agat to each and every person who put a £1 in an envelope this week and during the past seven weeks. £250 was donated. When the pot was split £125 was lodged in the school fundraising account and the remaining £125 was presented to the lucky winner. Thank you everyone / Go raibh mile maith agaibh. We are also extremely grateful to the generous and anonymous sponsor who has covered the cost of the printed envelopes.
