Congratulations to DIARMAID DONNELLY , winner of the the Split the Pot / Scoilt an Próca fundraising draw today. Thank you to Friends of St. Brigid's / Cairde Naomh Bríd for organising this fundraiser, emptying the envelopes, counting the money and to committee member Mrs Yvonne Bateson, for overseeing the draw this afternoon. Year 1 pupil Johnny drew the winning ticket and Charlie a Year 7 pupil held the box with all the envelopes. A massive thank you / go raibh maith agat to each and every person who put a £1 in an envelope and entered the draw. £390 was donated. When the pot was split £195 was lodged in the school fundraising account and the remaining £195 has been sent to the lucky winner. Thank you everyone / Go raibh mile maith agaibh.
