Update re: Covid 19 and schools

DE, EA and CCMS have issued emails to school this evening. Given the current climate, any formal school closures are likely to be a major national announcement. DE advises that schools will remain open following the St. Patrick’s Day holiday. However, if your child or someone in your household is showing symptoms of Covid 19, you are urged to keep your child/children at home. In cases of confirmed Coronavirus exposure, pupils and staff should self-isolate for a minimum of 14 days. This is a fast moving situation. We will keep you fully informed as soon as we are aware of changes. In the event of closure we will be in contact via the school website, app and text.
