I tried to contact all parents yesterday via email and have discovered that quite a number of contact details are out of date. It is essential that the school holds accurate contact details at all times and especially in the event of an emergency. To ensure that our records are accurate each family must provide the following information to school before 3.00 p.m. today Tuesday 20th October.

In the SUBJECT line please write your family name and pupil(s) e.g.
MC MASTER Milly, Molly and Mandy contact details
In the email please write the following:
Name of Parents
Name (s) of children attending school
Contact email address ( a minimum of 1 email address)
Telephone contact numbers in order of priority:
Priority 1
Priority 2
The need to issue information quickly and efficiently is vital at the moment. To manage this in school we must have accurate contact details.
